Production Clip On Channel

For small quantities of plastic clip on, stock packs may be sufficient. When you need hundreds of metres, it may be better to have a production run than to buy multiple packs from stock. This can save you money, allow the plastic clip on profile to be cut to specified lengths, be run in one of our many standard colours, or a specific colour match.

When looking at the additional tooling details below, please bear in mind that we can make new tooling should the appropriate sizes not be listed.

The Tubeway range of plastic clip on sections can be used to protect the ends and edges of furniture, boards and panels. They generally have shorter legs than C Sections, that taper in and grip but can easily be pushed on to fit. Generally, the amount of taper of the legs can be determined during production, to account for varying board and panel thicknesses and grip needed.

Of course, Plastic Channels need not be used for clipping on, and the tooling listed below may have alternative uses, such as Single Channels or Tracks or as Capping Sections. More Channel tooling is listed on the pages of these types of profile, which can be viewed via our Channels Page.

If required, Tubeway can often apply Self Adhesive Tape during production of plastic clip on channels - the result being be neater and cheaper than if applied by hand on site.
