Tubeway have, over more than 60 years, manufactured hundreds of different profiles. Many of these are easy to describe and can be grouped, hence the many product pages elsewhere on this site. Others however are so specialised or unusual that they are best collected into an image library for browsing. Our miscellaneous extrusions are therefore wide and varied, and might give you an idea for your projects or one feature from a profile could spark a good practical idea for a new design you have.
We hope you enjoy looking through the products on this page, and contact our experienced Sales team to discuss any profile or tooling enquiries you have.
Miscellaneous Stock
PVC T Track is attached to the top or bottom of a door to provide a running surface, or the side of a drawer. This profile has, strangely enough, been used as a component on Star Wars guns, being the cooling fins on E11 Blasters used by Imperial Storm Troopers. If you want to read more about how this came about, and Tubeway's role in Intergalactic Warfare in general, click here for our Blog article.PLASTIC T TRACK

Miscellaneous Production Tooling
Tubeway carry a large library of tooling for plastic extrusions, consisting of dies, formers and vacuum collets. Much of this is easy to define as a particular product, e.g. Angle, Double Channel and so on, and you will find details of the specific available tooling on each product page on this site, via the Menu Bar. However, some profiles are complicated, hybrid or difficult to categorise, and are best shown as a drawing, enabling any potential user to browse them and either select what might be of use, or use the ideas and features shown in their own design.
So please have a look through the drawings below - click on the drawing for an enlargement - and contact our Sales team if you want more information on any plastic extrusion tool or you wish to discuss a design of your own. Remember that most tooling is suitable for use with either rigid or flexible PVC, and that minor modifications to the profiles can sometimes be made during production, such as drawing down to a proportionately smaller size, altering the angles of legs or adding double sided tape to the section.
